[ ] Trail running shorts or tights
[ ] Adequate running socks (avoid cotton)
[ ] Hat or buff
💧 Hydration (Choose one)
[ ] Handheld bottle
[ ] Hydration belt
[ ] Hydration vest
🎒 Essentials to Carry
[ ] Water (filled bottle or bladder)
[ ] Snack (dates, bar, or fuel of choice)
[ ] Phone and ID
[ ] Sunblock
[ ] Light waterproof or wind shell
[ ] Small zip pouch or pocket for keys/essentials
🔦 Optional but Smart
[ ] Headlamp
[ ] Offline trail map or printed route
[ ] Basic first-aid (bandage, blister pad, electrolytes)
[ ] Whistle
